Well my WI this last Friday was great!! I lost 1.4# for a total of 19.6 # over the last 15 weeks. I also made my 10%!! I woul so love to lose another at least 10# by my birthday August 22nd. Looking back since I had Maddy I have lost 50#!!!!! The first 30# came of in 3 weeks then it was up and down until WW! I haven't had time to run or even exercise much lately due to chasing my older two with baseball only a few more weeks of it and I'll see we're I'm at then lol!
Amazing job!!! If you don't mind me asking are you using 29 pts. a day or 26? Also are you using the extra 49? I have been between 155 and 150 since Oct. can't seem to go anywhere?!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)
ReplyDeleteI actually get 41 pts because I'm still nursing Maddy. When I first started I would t use but 10 of my WPs and now I'm using all or almost all of them. I don't usually use APs and the last 2 weeks I've been so busy I haven't done any purposeful exercise. I'm at 175.4 now. I also think I do better if I don't have the same thing for breakfast everyday. I also do not use diet foods except for cream cheese and miracle whip. I also most nights have an icecream bar before I go to bed. The are sometimes 1 or 2 nights a week I only use about 30pts. I just try to make healthy whole food choices. Minimally processed. But I also enjoy things! Hope this helps!!

ReplyDeleteI am doing the new and was loosing like crazy up until Oct. when my Grandpa passed away. Then I gave myself an in. took a mile. Recently though I have really been trying and it just isn't working for me. So frustrating to be eating clean, working out, and still have a gain. :P Thanks for sharing!!
