I'm actually excited to weigh on Friday. I've been tracking everything and doing really well with it. I haven't had any time to exercise and I know that would help me a lot.
I'm so glad I chose WW. It's testing me what real portions look like and I'm never deprived! I'm saving my weekly points for Fried chicken and chocolate cake on Friday for Cliff's birthday dinner. It's awesome that I can have that and not wreck my diet since I'm planning ahead.
Now if I could really get some exercise in I would be a happy girl!
Way to go Ashley. I am so glad that you are enjoying WW, and way to go on planning ahead. I am sure you will have a loss this week even without the exercise. :)
